Grown by Neel and Kavita Vohora, third-generation coffee producers whose family legacy spans over six decades, this coffee reflects the unique terroir of the Ngorongoro Crater highlands, where volcanic loam soil and high elevation (1,650–1,800 MASL) create the perfect conditions for specialty coffee.
The Kent variety is processed through anaerobic cherry fermentation, then depulped and dried on raised beds, producing a medium roast with tasting notes of dried orange, guava, caramel, and chocolate, accented by a hint of nutmeg.
