Inhaul Nicaragua - Peñas Blancas, Matagalpa is Skipper’s Remedy™ Limited Edition Coffee of the Month for June 2025, and it’s a true taste of resilience and craft. This Single Origin, Medium Roast selection comes from Finca La Flor, nestled in the misty highlands of Peñas Blancas, Matagalpa at 1200 meters above sea level.

Grown and processed by Haroldo Altamirano, this SHG-grade Catimor variety is fully washed, resulting in a clean, structured cup that shines with flavors of brown sugar, dark chocolate, almond, and cocoa butter, complemented by citrus acidity, orange highlights, and a milky, nutty finish.

With a cupping score of 84.0, it also carries a deeper story, Haroldo’s family has rebuilt after hardship, including the devastation from hurricanes Eta and Iota in 2020, and is now working toward building a health clinic for farm workers and their families.
