Common Questions
Are there any sign up fees?
No! Signing up for a subscription does not require any additional fee. In fact, you receive a discount on your specialty-grade coffee and/or artisan tea.
Can I combine a subscription with the VIP Club - Crew Member rewards?
Yes. Earn Crew Member rewards points for every order, including from subscriptions, and be rewarded for drinking coffee and/or tea. No fee involved to join. It's easy, click the Rewards button in the lower corner of the screen to join today.
When does my order ship?
Your subscription will trigger an order fulfillment, based upon the frequency you select. Once an order fulfillment is initiated, typically it takes 3-4 business days for roasting, then for your order to be shipped to you.
Does my discount apply to purchases outside of my subscription shipment?
The discount received is only applied to the items included within the subscription.
Can I pause my subscription if I want to skip a month? What if I'm going out of town?
Yes, a hold can be placed on a subscription. We are also happy to work with you to provide an alternate ship date if needed. Please contact us and a member of our crew will help you find the best solution.
What is your return policy?
