Shipping policy

All of our coffee is roasted, packaged, and shipped after you order it typically within 3-5 days. This ensures you receive the freshest product possible. Sometimes your orders will come from different locations so they may be shipped in separate packages. We do that to get them to you the fastest.

Merchandise is not generally shipped with coffee since our merchandise is located within a different warehouse. Due to this, you'll receive the merchandise in separate packages, and sometimes different pieces of merchandise are shipped separately to speed delivery times and you will be provided a tracking number for any separate package.

Gift baskets are an exception to this, when offered, coffee and merchandise will be shipped together as a set. The listing will explicitly state this.
