Chart a course through the Indonesian archipelago with Skipper’s Remedy® Toraja Crossing - Sulawesi - Torajan, Indonesia, a bold single-origin coffee inspired by the winds, maritime trade routes, and adventurous spirit of Toraja trade winds.
Our Navigator's Reserve and Limited edition for Coffee of the Month September 2026, this Medium Dark Roast is grown by producers organized around the Cooperative of Toraja Coffee Growers at elevations of 1,400-2,000 MASL. Crafted from Catimor, S-795, and Typica varietals and processed using Indonesia's distinctive Giling Basah method (semi-washed, wet hulled after pulping, and dried in the sun) it delivers a full-bodied, smooth, and low-acid cup with notes of vanilla, dark chocolate, and citrus.
From the mist-covered mountains of South Sulawesi, where traditional Torajan homes famously resemble boats, to your galley, Toraja Crossing is a voyage in every mug ...proof that sometimes the best trade wind is the one carrying exceptional coffee.
