Navigator's Reserve - July 2026 Southern Crossing Papua New Guinea

Ahoy, coffee enthusiasts! Navigator's Reserve is our Coffee of the Month program: a limited-edition selection available only for the duration of each month. Think of it as your compass to explore the rare, remarkable, and often elusive coffees that chart their way across the globe.

Each month, our roaster curates an exclusive single-origin or blend ...sourced with care and roasted to highlight the unique story of the beans. From the misty highlands of Central America to the bold terrains of Africa and beyond, every roast in Navigator’s Reserve is a chance to discover something extraordinary, something you won’t find in our year-round lineup.

12 oz Whole Bean coffee and 12 oz Ground coffee are available in a compostable bag.

The chart is never still.

Each month, a new mark appears just beyond the edge of the known route ...a place not yet explored, a flavor not yet discovered. That's where Navigator's Reserve begins.

Set your course for discovery. With every release from Skipper's Remedy®, a new destination arrives in your galley... quietly at first, then unmistakably present the moment the bag is opened. The aroma alone feels like a change in latitude. One month, you're in the misty highlands where the air is thin and bright; the next, along coastal hills where the sun lingers and the soil tells a different story. No two journeys are the same.

Navigator's Reserve is our coffee of the month program, but it doesn’t behave like a routine. It moves like a current ...always shifting, always revealing something rare, remarkable, and often gone before you’ve had your fill. Each offering is a limited-edition selection, available only for its moment in time. Miss it, and it becomes part of the logbook ...remembered, but not revisited.

Behind every release is a deliberate hand. Our roaster selects each coffee with care, drawing from high-elevation farms, remote regions, and distinctive lots that carry a story worth telling. Then comes the craft... roasting each batch to highlight what makes it singular. Not to mask it, not to standardize it, but to let it speak clearly, like a signal across open water.

And that's the heart of it.

Navigator's Reserve isn't just about drinking coffee ...it's about following it. Letting each cup take you somewhere new. Trusting that beyond the familiar lies something worth tasting, even if only for a short while.

Because the best discoveries aren’t permanent.
They're fleeting, vivid, and all the more meaningful because of it.

So keep your compass close. Next month's horizon is already forming.
